This directive denotes getting closer, moving toward, increasing proximity and ultimately touching - experiencing first hand. The rocks and earth have come together in a manner that allows the waters, streams and currents to come together, guiding their path.  The composition and appearance of each is altered where and to the extent they touch.  Nothing is ever completely the same.
